Kiril♥ve by Vero Moda - Part II

Last year, Tiany Kiriloff (belgium leading lady in fashion) made her first fall/winter collection for Vero Moda.

This collection was such a success that Vero Moda cooperated with Tiany again!

The first time I heard the news about their second cooperation, I immediately knew that the collection would be wonderful.

My thoughts were right.. the prints, the fabrics and just everything looks amazing!
This time they showed up with a summer collection, wanna enjoy your summer a la kirilove?

The collection consists of 3 themes: True Blue, Pretty in pastel and Rock the world.

I'm so busy lately with school and my modeling that I almost have no time to keep my blog up to date (Yes, I feel ashamed!). I hope I can post more soon :)

And also for today I planned too much, kinda like it actually. - I allow you to call me a weirdo -.

One of the to-do-things today is a casting, wish me good luck because I'll need it I think!

They have recently launched their online store and when I checked it I fell in love. The collection cruise/resort 2012 is incredible beautiful!
The collection cruise/resort 2012 looks to a tale of 'The nutcracker', where it shows the depraved side of mankid. Exploring the display of the denizens of the faerie realm and set in the generic sub consciousness of 'the other realm' - multiple dimensions, this series take its cue from ballet, integration of the undulating silk tulles, layering of sheer luxurious fabrications with the seemingly 'dislocated' form of the soldier. In the palette of mint green, pale pink, soft peach and black, fabric plays is always the key for Pauline.Ning and they create this season a contemporary definition of feminity contrasting constructed forms with a dynamic edge.

Walking trough Paris.

Finding 'new' clothes in your wardrobe is always fun! well with new, I don't mean really new, you know that when you buy something and just let it hang in your wardrobe and then a few months (even years sometimes) later you have the feeling to wear that thing? I had this when I was making my suitcase for Paris. I had to take a coat/jacket with me because it was only raining in Pars (unfortunately), when I was searching the perfect coat/jacket in my wardrobe, I saw a jacket that I bought like a few years ago - I'm serious, I think it's even more than 2 years ago-. I fitted it and guess what, it was per-fect! Never thought I'd ever need that jacket! I'm sure I'll wear this jacket more often.

Home sweet home.

Last night I arrived in Belgium after a bus trip from 6 hours (!). you read it right, 6 hours.. Wednesday morning I went to Paris by train. When we just settled us on the train our travel agency called us to say that we would go back to Belgium the next day by bus and that all because of the train strike in Belgium! Normally I had to take the train from Paris to Belgium at 9PM and now, because I had to go back by bus, I already left paris at 6PM. You can understand that I was a little bit sad about it .. but I'm glad that our travel agency arranged a bus, other wise I was stuck in Paris. (I wouldn't mind if I was stuck in Paris haha). But I can tell you that I had an amazing time in Paris. I already went to Paris once but in the summer and this was my first time I went to Paris during Xmas time! One of the most beautiful things is to see Paris during Xmas time. All those lights at the Champs-Elysées, the Xmas market, the eiffel tower and so much more.. More photos will follow but I show you guys already 2 photos :))

Today I'm leaving belgium for Paris, I can't wait! the past days I kept saying 'damned, when is it wednesday? I'm going to paris then!!' And finally, today is the day!
I hope I can get back home because I stay for 2 days and there will be a train strike on thursday in Belgium and also the thalys would have some problems .. maybe a longer stay? well, we'll see! :)

I'm taking my laptop with me, but I'm not gonna write any posts out there (it's only 2 days, and now I'm gonna update more but you know, I had exams and other stuff to do). But you can always follow me on twitter, because I'll post there as much as I can about my time is Paris!

Sorry I haven't posted for a while! But in meanwhile I started with my exams and the teachers gave us homework till the last day before my exams started .. (I'll never understand the teachers). So I had a lot to do for school. But what I've not forgotten .. Xmas is already in a few weeks!

As every year I'm the only one of my family who is in the Xmas athmosphere already, Did I tell you I love Xmas? At this time of year it's all about love and forgiveness!

Press days part II

After Pravda I went to Oona, oh Oona with their lovely brands! I especially loved Essentiel, so bright!

And we didn't stop, after Oona I went to Bestseller. I totally loved the collection Alexa Chung for Vero Moda!

I can tell you that those cupcakes were delicious!

After Bestseller, I went to the last pr agency De Hovre. I definitely saw a few wanna-have pieces for next summer!

Press days SS12

Last week I went to the press days in Antwerp, they were showing the SS12 collections in their showrooms this time. I'll show you the pictures that I took in Listenup and Pravda. More pictures of the other pr agency's will follow tomorrow! I think it are too much pictures to show in one post ..

I've seen a lot of beautiful things. Winter has yet to come but I'm already looking forward to the summer (you'll understand my thoughts when you see the pictures below.) I'm sorry for the tons of pictures :D! here they are ..

First I went to Listenup, such a beautiful showroom with a lot of lovely brands!

After Listenup I went to Pravda. And again, I fell in love with a lot of things :) If I could buy this all, I would definitely do that!

I especially loved the prints of these collections! I can't wait to combinate the colors with each other. Why is summer still so far away ..?!

whyyy does school requires so much of your free time, why? I've a lot of homework to do lately and I still have to show and tell you guys so many things! Like the press days from last week -damned, I fell in love with too many things, already saving my money for those collections - already making you curious but you'll have to wait! (yes I'm a bad person right now). I also have to show you the pictures from my Bday. It was an amazing one! Over 500 specially invited guests entered the world of Versace already on the red carpet. At the specially designed building on the Hudson River, Donatella Versace was joined by Jessica Alba, Blake Lively, Alexander Wang, Linda Evangelista, Emma Roberts, Uma Thurman, Chace Crawford and many many others. The Versace for H&M collection was shown on the catwalk alongside with some iconic pieces created just for this exclusive show. A second scene in this fabulous venue was entered by Prince and Nicki Minaj who gave an exclusive consert. A glamorous after-party followed in true Versace style for hours…

The Versace for H&M collection goes on sale at around 300 stores worldwide

and online on November 17th.

I'll become 16 within 6 days, I'm so happy! I've been planning my Bday for months now, my friends don't listen anymore when I start talking about my Bday! (I'm sorry for that :D). Last week I was talking with some friends about what we should be wearing. I immediately knew which dress I want to wear but which clutch/bag was a riddle! When I was in River Island yesterday, I saw such a beautiful red (on the photos it looks pink) clutch and I knew that I needed that clutch to complete my Bday outfit! I couldn't leave it there and I had no choice (read: I just wanted it so badly, I had no choice is just a subterfuge). I walked very proud in Antwerp with my clutch in my bag and now I'm counting down till I can finally celebrate my Bday with my family and friends!

I was invited to discover the F/W 2011/2012 collection of Patrizia Pepe in Antwerp yesterday. Patrizia Pepe always brings a glamorous collection with elegant Italian accents. It was such a beautiful collection and I've to admit that I fell in love with a few pieces! Faux fur wedges, I could die for it!

Those little details on their clothes are so lovely, it gives an extra touch and just that little something more.

I've always been inspired by the Olsen twins. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have an amazing style! Oke, the combination is sometimes really weird but I think that that's the reason why I like them so much?!
I think the Olsen twins are one of the biggest style icons, for me they already are. You hear a lot of gossip about them but that doesn't change the fact that they have an amazing style, don't you think?

Lately I'm in my 'snow-time' already, I always want to wear pulls and boots and scarfs and I really like it too! Most of people don't like wearing a sweater and stuff like that because they want summer, wearing shorts and.. But the weather in Belgium is so freaking bad that you have no choice. I have to admit that I'm looking forward to christmas, I'm in the mood already! A few days ago I booked a citytrip to Paris with my mum, we're going 2 days to Paris with Christmas. I'm already counting down! :))

I always love it when I discover some new brands or online shops and that's what I did this morning, I found the online shop 'Yayer'. Yayer has clothes for people who like vintage or for people who prefer modern clothes. I fell immediately in love! I was invited to attend the River Island salon show tuesday, they were showing their AW11 collection. I can already warn you that I will overload you with pictures of it, the collection is so lovely! I love especially all the details and the accessories of course.

Omg, I feel so bad again for being a bad bloggers but the past week was so busy for me! I had a shoot for a magazine (related with my blog), visited some family in Germany, started with gel nails and so much more. But I kept yesterday free because it was the opening of the first Forever21 store here in Belgium.. it was just tha bomb! The store opened at 10 AM but I was there ,like the most of people, at 9AM. There was a huge row of people, all the Forever21 lovers waiting till the store was going to open finally.

This is what I literally did today! I went to Luxembourg with my parents, and lucky me that the sales are still going on, I plundered Zara and H&M empty. Poor people who came after me.. It was such a great day and Luxembourg is so beautiful, all those old buildings. It was my first time there and it was great! I wore something comfortable but tried to keep it glamorous. (you never know who you might meet ;) ) My blazer and top are from H&M, my pants from Zara, my bag from River Island, shoes are unknown and my scarf is vintage. I bought this scarf not so long ago, pretty isn't it? I love the print!

Past night I went with my friends to Soiree tropicale, a party in my village. The best way to start your summer! They all came to my house before we went to the party, we made a cointreaupolitan.. it was the first time that I made it by myself and it was de-licious!

Anyway, it's not because you don't go to any festival that you can't dress you like you're going to a festival. Because I was a very bad blogger the past few weeks I decided (with myself actually) that I'll post every day something new .. oke, I know it's summer, the sun is shining, it's the time to go out with your friends and .. so let's say that I'll try it, I'll do my best! Btw: I'm thinking about making a DIYproject, not something very special because this will be my first one so don't expect a lot of it. But it will be perfect for the summer, for sure! :))

Yesterday I went with my parents to Aachen (Germany) for the sales, there wasn't really a lot of pretty clothes (or do I have to say, clothes that I would wear) but I've found some lovely stuff!

I finally found the perfect military boots! I wanted military boots with studs on it for a long time, I haven't seen them yet in Belgium so I'm really glad that I've found them there!
I also bought sunglasses and a cute hat.

I bought a few days ago also a very cute dress in Lily shop, one of the cutest dresses that I've ever seen, I think!

And of course, H&M has every time so much things to buy and the sales are like crazy there! I've bought a few things there ..

Hi peepz! First of all, I didn't post new posts for a few days because I was in Helsinki and meanwhile our computer is send back to his factory so now I'm on a really weird computer and I hate it!
Helsinki was freaking awesome! All the people are so sweet there like I was walking on the street with my sister with a map in our hands and we wear searching for the right street and a girl came to us and she immediately asked if she could help us .. we even didn't asked it! It was really weird for us that people began talking to you, belgium is so different in that. Helsinki is heaven on eart, it has so many beautiful parcs full of youth sitting in groups. I will leave you today with this and a photo of me in Helsinki, more will follow! Btw; today the sales started!

But I've 3 other days to go and then I'll be back.

Finally an outfit post! The past 2 days were amazing! I had such a great time at KASK, everybody was so sweet and I also met some new people. My feet are hurting as hell right now but we had a great show! Thanks to KASK, Evelyne Broothaerts and all the models! (photos will follow later)

As we all know Forever21 is finally coming to belgium! This summer we'll celebrate the advent of Forever21 and the shop will be in Antwerp! The opening date is the 29th of june and unfortunately I'm in Helsinki then.. But I have some exciting news for the folks of belgium!
The invitations are limited but they want to make some Forever21 fans happy because you can attend the party that is in Brussels!

It was a great experience and I'm so happy that they gave me this chance! I do every little thing with pleasure and it's just awesome to meet new people en to do all these things!
