I want to tell you a little secret.. Since a few months ago I really enjoy cooking. Don't expect too much, just some little things and mostly healthy things.
I have a cookery book (Model Kitchen by Cesar Casier), full with healthy recipes, which I'm really obssesed with!
I thought it would be cool to start sharing my favorite recipes with you from now on, what do you think?
In this post I'll explain you how to make Banana pancakes.
Supah supah supah healthy breakfast and the easiest pancake recipe ever!
Now you probably think 'Who the hell wants to cook when you're just out of your bed?'
You're right, but these pancakes are ready in only a few minutes and they're so delicious so why wouldn't you? Just try it!

What do you need?
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- Oil for the pan (or you can also use Coconut oil)
- Blender (in case you don't have much time)
Mash your banana with a fork in a bowl, be sure that the banana is quite ripe so there won't be chunks.
Now add 2 eggs to your mashed banana and mix it up!
Put your oil on a pan, put on low-medium heat.
Take your batter and pour into the pan, not too much otherwise your pancake will break when you've to flip it because it'll be too big then.
Leave it for 30 seconds (or when the center bubbles) and flip it!
You can also add something extra like berries or syrup.
Note: under 250 calories for a whole breakfast, can you believe it? So healthy and so delicious!
